摘 要:[目的]分离塔宾曲霉L-27菌株发酵液中抑制植物幼苗生长的活性成分。[方法]采用弱碱性阴离子树脂D301富集、0.1 mol/L HCl乙醇溶液解吸、有机溶剂萃取、硅胶柱色谱分离,1H NMR和13C NMR鉴定。[结果]追踪分离得到对称二乙酯柠檬酸(1)、柠檬酸-1-乙酯(2)、柠檬酸(3)。在1250 mg/L,3个化合物对小麦幼苗根(茎)抑制率分别为100.0%(67.5%)、100.0%(59.7%)、100.0%(55.7%)。利用化合物3标准品测定生物活性,对小麦幼苗根(茎)抑制的EC50值为465.1 mg/L(1043.4 mg/L);对反枝苋和马齿苋幼苗全株高的抑制EC50值分别为486.9、652.2 mg/L。[结论]柠檬酸、柠檬酸-1-乙酯和对称二乙酯柠檬酸具有衍化开发除草剂的潜力。[Aims] This study aims to isolate active components for inhibition of plant seedling growth in the fermentation broth of Aspergillus tubingensis L-27 strain. [Methods] Weak basic anion resin D301 enrichment, 0.1 mol/L HCl ethanol solution desorption, organic solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography,1H NMR and 13C NMR were adopted. [Results] Symmetric diethyl ester citric acid(1), citric acid-1-ethyl ester(2) and citric acid(3) were isolated.At 1250 mg/L, the inhibition rates of three compounds on root(stem) of wheat seedlings were 100.0%(67.5%), 100.0%(59.7%) and 100.0%(55.7%), respectively. Using compound 3 standard to determine toxicity, EC50 of inhibiting wheat seedling root(stem) was 465.1(1043.4) mg/L, and EC50 of inhibiting whole plant height on Amaranthus retroflexus and Portulaca oleracea were 486.9 and 652.2 mg/L, respectively. [Conclusions] Isolated symmetric diethyl ester citric acid,citric acid-1-ethyl ester and citric acid had potential to be derived for development of herbicides.
