摘 要:[目的]建立了电感耦合等离子体-质谱联用仪法测定农药中痕量锡的方法。[方法]用水提取农药中的游离锡,用2%硝酸溶液稀释后,以铟(115)为内标溶液,在线加内标的方法,利用电感耦合等离子体-质谱联用仪对锡含量进行测定。[结果]该方法线性相关系数r2为0.9995,回收率为98.9%~101.0%,定量限为0.1μg/L。[结论]具有检测速度快、稳定性好、干扰少、检出限低等特点,有很好的推广性,对农药的质量控制具有重要意义。[Aims] This study aims to establish an inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) method for the determination of trace tin in pesticides. [Methods] The free tin in pesticide was extracted with ultrapure water and then diluted with nitric acid solution 2%. The content of tin in the above sample solution was determined by ICP-MS with indium(115) as the internal standard solution adding online. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient r2 is 0.9995,the recovery rate of trace tin ranges 98.9-101.0% and the low limit of quantitative analysis is 0.1 μg/L by using the developed method. [Conclusions] These above results indicate it has the advantages of fast detection, good stability,low interference and detection limit, and it also can be easily generalized in the field of controlling the quality of pesticides, which is of great significance.
