摘  要:[目的]建立23%溴酰·三氟苯悬浮剂中有效成分的分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,使用Eclipse Plus C18柱和二极管阵列检测器(DAD),以乙腈和0.1%磷酸水溶液作流动相,分离23%溴酰·三氟苯悬浮剂中的杂质和助剂等,并测定其主要成分溴氰虫酰胺和三氟苯嘧啶的含量。[结果]采用该分析方法,溴氰虫酰胺和三氟苯嘧啶分离效果良好,2者线性相关系数依次为0.9998和0.9997,标准偏差均为0.04,变异系数分别为0.27%和0.46%,平均回收率分别高达99.87%和99.85%。[结论]该分析方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度和准确度高,可用于23%溴酰·三氟苯悬浮剂中有效组分的定量分析。[Aims] This study aims to establish an analytical method of cyantraniliprole·triflumezopyrim 23%(SC).[Methods] The determination of cyantraniliprole and triflumezopyrim in the samples were conducted by HPLC with Eclipse Plus C18 column, diode array detector(DAD), and the mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution(50:50, by vol) at a wavelength of 226 nm. [Results] The proposed method was effective and efficient for the separation and measurement of cyantraniliprole and triflumezopyrim. The linear correlation coefficients for two target components were 0.9998 and 0.9997, and the average recoveries reached to 99.87 and 99.85%, with the standard deviations of 0.04, 0.04, and the variation coefficient of 0.27, 0.46%, respectively. [Conclusions] This method shows a potential for determining cyantraniliprole and triflumezopyrim in the product due to its simple, convenient processing,high separation and accuracy.
