摘  要:[目的]为了评价百菌清在花生上的使用安全性,在湖南、浙江等全国10地进行了百菌清田间试验,研究百菌清在花生中的残留并进行膳食风险评估。[方法]样品采用乙腈振荡提取,经抽滤、盐析、浓缩后,乙腈定容,气相色谱检测。[结果]在添加水平为0.02、0.2、2 mg/kg时,百菌清在花生仁中的添加回收率范围在75%~120%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3%~10%;花生秸秆中的添加回收率范围在70%~101%之间,相对标准偏差为4%~12%,方法定量限(LOQ)为0.02 mg/kg。百菌清有效成分用量为900 g a.i./hm^(2),施药3次,施药间隔期为7 d,末次施药后30 d,花生仁中百菌清的残留量为<0.02 mg/kg,花生秸秆中百菌清的残留量在0.27~4.13 mg/kg之间;末次施药后40 d,花生仁中百菌清的残留量为<0.02 mg/kg,花生秸秆中百菌清的残留量在0.20~4.54 mg/kg之间。百菌清的国家估算每日摄入量(NEDI)为0.637 mg,风险商(RQ)为50.6%。[结论]花生仁中百菌清残留量均低于最大残留限量值(MRL)0.05 mg/kg,风险评估结果表明百菌清膳食摄入风险处于可接受水平。[Aims] This study aims to evaluate the safety of chlorothalonil in peanut, the final residue tests of chlorothalonil in peanut in Hunan, Zhejiang and other ten provinces in China were carried out. The residue of chlorothalonil in peanut were studied and the dietary intake risk was assessed. [Methods] On the purpose, the samples were extracted with acetonitrile, and filtered via the Brinell funnel. The filtrate was collected and vibrated in a stopper container with sodium chloride. And, then the upper layer solution was separated and concentrated on the rotary evaporator until it was nearly dry. The mixture was then fixed to 5 m L with acetonitrile and determined by gas chromatography. [Results] The results showed at the additional levels of 0.02, 0.20 and 2.00 mg/kg, aforementioned method for the residue determination in the peanut kernel can be put into the categorical range of 75-120%, with the relative standard deviation(RSD) being 3-10%. Besides, the method for the residue determination in the peanut straw can also be added with a recovery range of 70-101%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) of 4-12%. The limit of quantitation(LOQ) of the methods was 0.02 mg/kg. Thus, the final residue testing results revealed that the active ingredient content of chlorothalonil 40% SC was at 900 g a.i./ha three times and the application interval was 7 days. At30 days after the last application, the residue of chlorothalonil in peanut kernel was < 0.02 mg/kg, and in peanut straw was between 0.27 and 4.13 mg/kg. At 40 days after the last application, chlorothalonil residue in peanut kernel was <0.02 mg/kg, and in Peanut straw was between 0.20 and 4.54 mg/kg. The national estimated daily intake(NEDI)of chlorothalonil was 0.637 mg and the risk quotient(RQ) was 50.6%. [Conclusions] The residues of chlorothalonil in peanut kernel were lower than the maximum residue limit(MRL) value of 0.05 mg/kg. The results of risk assessment showed that the dietary intake risk of chlorothalonil was acceptable.
