摘  要:[目的]通过测定室内生物活性和田间防效,评价7种药剂对白蜡绵粉蚧的活性,筛选用于防治该虫的轮用药剂,并明确橙皮精油的增效作用。[方法]室内生测采用浸渍法,田间防效及助剂增效试验采用喷雾法。[结果]室内生测表明,对白蜡绵粉蚧2龄若虫活性最高的是阿维菌素,其次为吡虫啉、印楝素和氟啶虫胺腈。田间防效试验表明,阿维菌素、吡虫啉、氟啶虫胺腈及氯氰·毒死蜱混剂在药后10 d对该虫的防效达97.63%~99.42%。助剂增效试验表明,橙皮精油对噻嗪酮、啶虫脒和溴氰菊酯的增效比分别为61.59%、52.05%和27.37%。[结论]推荐轮用阿维菌素、氯氰·毒死蜱、吡虫啉及氟啶虫胺腈防治白蜡绵粉蚧,田间可添加精油助剂以提高防效。[Aims] This study aims to assess the toxicity of seven insecticides to Phenacoccus fraxinus by indoor bioassay and field experiment, and further to screen out the effective insecticides for rotation and determine the synergism of the orange peel oil. [Methods] The dipping method was adopted for the indoor toxicity bioassay, and the foliar spray method for field efficacy trials and synergistic experiment. [Results] The toxicity test showed that abamectin had the highest toxicity to P. fraxinus 2 nd instar nymphs, followed by imidacloprid, azadirachtin and sulfoxaflor. The results of field efficacy trials indicated that the field control efficacies of abamectin, imidacloprid,sulfoxaflor and cypermethrin·chlorpyrifos reached 97.63-99.42%. The synergic ratios of orange peel oil to buprofezin,acetamiprid and deltamethrin were 61.59, 52.05 and 27.37%, respectively. [Conclusions] Abamectin, cypermethrin·chlorpyrifos, imidacloprid, sulfoxaflor are recommended for rotation and essential oil additives for field control improvement.
