摘  要:中国共产党建党百年来,始终以马克思主义的人民为本的教育正义观为指导,坚持不懈发展教育平等与教育质量、效率相互促进的教育正义思想和实践。中国共产党对马克思主义教育正义思想的发展与实践,历经新民主主义革命时期,争取工农的平等受教育权;社会主义革命和建设初期,创建工农优先、普及与提高相结合的新教育;改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期,坚持分数面前人人平等的教育公平;中国特色社会主义新时代,推进城乡教育公平和均衡发展、教育扶贫、发展公平而有质量的教育和中国特色世界先进水平的现代化优质教育等。百年发展,形成系统和丰富的教育正义思想和成功的教育正义实践。Since it was founded,the Communist Party of China(CPC) has been making unremitting efforts to develop the ideas and practice of educational justice that educational equality,educational quality and the efficiency promote each other,guided by the Marxist people-oriented concept of educational justice. The development and practice of the ideas of Marxist educational justice has experienced the following stages:In the period of the new democratic revolution,the CPC fought for the equal right of workers and peasants to receive education;in the initial period of the socialist revolution and construction,the CPC created a new education by which it gave first priority to workers and peasants,and combined the popularization and improvement of education;in the new period of the reform and opening-up and the socialist modernization,the CPC adhered to educational equity that everyone was equal before test scores;and in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the CPC is striving to promote the fair and balanced development of urban and rural education,poverty alleviation through education,and the development of fair and quality education and the high-quality modern education with Chinese characteristics and at the world’s advanced level. Over the past century,the CPC has developed systematic and rich ideas of educational justice,and successful practice of educational justice.
