摘  要:以28个刺用皂荚优树无性系嫁接苗为材料,连续2年进行多个性状的方差分析、遗传参数估算、相关性分析、多重比较,利用主成分分析法综合选择优良无性系。研究结果显示,无性系间的苗高、地径、刺长、刺基径、单株产刺量、槲皮素含量等性状差异均达到极显著水平,苗高、地径与刺长、刺基径呈显著正相关;28个无性系可划分为3个等级,Ⅰ,Ⅱ等级的11个无性系刺长、刺基径、单株产刺量、槲皮素含量较群体均值分别提高了8.27%,9.67%,47.01%和70.76%.因此,选择刺长、刺基径、单株产刺量、槲皮素含量4个指标进行刺用皂荚苗期选择具有科学性、合理性。28 grafted seedlings of superior tree clones of thorn-used Gleditsia sinensis were used as materials for ANOVA,genetic parameter estimation,correlation analysis,multiple comparisons for several traits in 2 consecutive years,and principal component analysis was used to select excellent clones.Results showed that the differences in traits such as seedling height,ground diameter,spur length,spur base diameter,single plant production,and quercetin content among asexual clones reached highly significant levels.Seedling height and ground diameter were significantly and positively correlated with spur length and spur base diameter.28 asexual lines could be classified into 3 classes.The spur length,spur base diameter,single plant production,and quercetin content of 11 asexual lines of class I and class II increased by 8.27%,9.67%,47.01%,and 70.76%compared with the population mean.Therefore,it was scientific and reasonable to select 4 indexes of spine length,spine basal diameter,spine production per plant,and quercetin content for seedling selection of thorn-used Gleditsia sinensis.
