摘 要:笔者选取北京林业大学校园内的栾树、楸树、小叶黄杨和室内盆栽绿萝为试验材料,测定其光照和未光照条件下叶片失水过程中的容抗变化和电阻抗图谱,以期非破坏性地了解植物水分生理情况。结果表明,高频电流有利于通过植物细胞,阻抗谱与植物叶片水分状况的关系因植物种类变化很大。容抗、阻抗一般在低频电流状态下差异较大,试验可在100 Hz处设置更多频率点。Koelreuteria paniculata,Catalpa bungei,Buxus sinica and Epipremnum aureum as indoor potted green in Beijing Forestry University campus were selected as experimental materials to measure the changes of capacitive impedance and electrical impedance spectrum of leaves during water loss under light and non-light conditions.The results showed that high frequency current was beneficial to plant cells,and the relationship between electrical impedance spectrum and water status of plant leaves varied greatly with plant species.The difference in capacitive reactance and impedance was generally large in low frequency current state,and more frequency points could be set at 100 Hz.
