摘 要:为研究家庭滚筒洗涤方式对牛仔织物造成的影响,文中.模拟穿用过程中产生的质量损失、仿服用预处理水洗试验,选取6种常见的牛仔面料作为研究对象,通过家庭滚筒洗涤方式测试6种牛仔织物在不同洗涤次数下的物理性能以及对低倍扫描电镜下织物表面纤维形态进行分析。结果表明,随着洗涤次数增加,试样织物表面纤维断裂程度越强,织物表面纤维越松散,天丝牛仔的物理性能和透气性的变化和洗涤次数呈正相关关系;水洗次数后牛仔面料织物性能存在一定相关性,两者的变化趋势存在相同规律。In order to study the impact of household washing methods on denim fabrics,this article simulates the quality loss during the wearing process and imitates the pretreatment washing test of taking clothes.Six common denim fabrics are selected as the research objects.Testing the physical properties of the fabrics of 6 denim fabrics under different washing times,through the domestic drum washing method.The fiber morphology of the fabric surface was analyzed under low power scanning electron microscope.The results show that as the number of washing increases,the degree of fiber breakage on the surface of the sample fabric is stronger,and the fibers on the surface of the fabric are looser.The physical properties and air permeability of Tencel denim are positively correlated with the number of washings.There is a certain correlation between washing times and denim fabric properties,the changing trends of the two have the same law.
