摘　　要：对PBT毛黏锦彩点包芯纱生产工艺进行研究,从彩点纱的特点、彩点的制作、彩点纱的结构、生产工艺流程以及开清棉、梳棉、络筒等工序的技术要点和工艺参数配置方面进行分析探讨。阐述各工序主要技术措施,制定适合的工艺流程、确定各工序的工艺参数,成功纺制出PBT彩点包芯纱。结果表明,生产的彩点包芯纱具有较好的蓬松性、卷曲性和弹性,形态稳定性好,具有羊绒般的手感,其成纱质量可以满足生产使用要求。This paper discusses the production technology of PBT wool-stick brocade-color core-covering yarn.In view of the characteristics of colored spot yarn, this paper analyzes and discusses the production of colored spot yarn, the structure of colored spot yarn, the production process, the technical points and the process parameters configuration of opening and cleaning cotton, combing cotton, winding and other processes. The main technical measures of each working procedure were analyzed, the appropriate technological process was formulated, and the technological parameters of each working procedure were determined, and the PBT core-spun yarn was successfully spun. The results show that the core-spun yarn produced by the company had good fluffiness, crimp and elasticity,good shape stability, and cashmere feel, and the yarn quality met the requirements of use.
