柔软整理对涤棉针织物色牢度影响的研究

摘　　要：选用应用较广泛的长链脂肪族类和硅油类柔软剂,研究不同类型、不同用量柔软剂对涤棉针织物耐水洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐光色牢度、耐氯水色牢度、耐渗色牢度、储存颜色转移色牢度的影响。文章表明,柔软整理可以提升涤棉针织物耐摩擦色牢度,会导致耐水洗色牢度、耐渗色牢度、耐光色牢度、耐氯水色牢度、储存颜色转移色牢度下降,影响程度受柔软剂浓度、离子性、有机溶剂含量的影响。Long-chain aliphatic and silicone oil softeners were selected to study the effects of color fastness of polyester/cotton knitted fabrics.Different types and different concentrations of softeners were discussed.The results show that soft finishing can improve the rubbing fastness of polyester/cotton knitted fabrics,which will lead to the improvement of washing fastness,bleed fastness,light fastness,chlorine fastness,storage color transfer and other fastness.The degree of influence was affected by softener concentration,ionicity and organic solvent content.
