保留二尖瓣装置换瓣术治疗风湿性心脏病患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨保留二尖瓣装置换瓣术治疗风湿性心脏病患者的临床效果以及对患者LVEDD和LVESD水平的影响。方法:选取86例风湿性心脏病患者,按照治疗方法不同分为两组,每组各43例。对照组采用不保留二尖瓣装置换瓣术治疗,观察组患者通过保留二尖瓣装置换瓣术治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后心功能情况、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、射血分数(EF)和短轴缩短率(FS)的改善情况以及患者的满意度。结果:治疗后,观察组患者心功能等级显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LVESD、LVEDD、EF、FS指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用保留二尖瓣装置换瓣术治疗风湿性心脏病患者,效果显著,有助于改善患者心功能及降低LVEDD、LVESD指标,提高满意度。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of mitral valve replacement of reserving mitral valve surgery in the treatment of rheumatic heart disease patients and the influence on patients’ LVEDD and LVESD levels. Methods: 86 patients with rheumatic heart disease were divided into the observation group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases)according to their different treatment methods. Patients in the control group were treated with heart valve replacement without mitral valve device, while patients in the observation group were treated with mitral valve replacement of reserving mitral valve device. Then the improvement of cardiac function, LVESD, LVEDD, EF, FS, and patients’ satisfaction before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the improvement of heart function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);such indexes as LVESD, LVEDD, EF and FS were significantly better than those of the control group(P< 0.05);and the satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of rheumatic heart disease patients with mitral valve replacement of reserving mitral valve device has a significant effect, which is helpful to improve patients’ cardiac function and reduce LVEDD and LVESD indexes, and improve patients’ satisfaction.
