摘 要:人工耳蜗植入(cochlear implantation,CI)是当前治疗重度、极重度感音神经性聋的有效方法。CI围手术期的颞骨影像学检查对于耳聋病因查找、候选病例筛选、手术方案制定、手术质量控制、术后评估随访、新型电极设计等不可或缺。多层螺旋CT (multiple-slice computed tomography,MSCT)为目前颞骨的首选影像检查,但因不能调节视野、对亚毫米结构显示精度不足及检查带来的辐射问题而受到医患双方的关注。Cochlear implant, as the most successful artificial auditory implant, brings tens of thousands of patients with severe or profound sensorineural hearing loss back to the world of sound every year. With the expansion of surgical indications, a large number of difficult cases bring new challenges for cochlear implantation. As a new technology, cone beam CT has the double advantages of high spatial resolution and low radiation. It is considered as the second revolution of CT technology, which shows unique value in the application of cochlear implantation. This article reviews the basic principles of cone beam CT and its application and research progress in cochlear implantation.
