新冠肺炎疫情影响下的高职毕业生就业心态研究——基于北京某高职院校2020届毕业生的调查

摘　　要：新冠疫情发生以来,经济发展受到较大影响,高校毕业生就业形势较往年更加严峻。调查显示,高职毕业生就业心态受疫情影响较大。其中,高职毕业生的求职压力增大,外地生源学生压力更大;部分毕业生在求职过程中出现一定的情绪问题;外地生源、文科、女生为了提升就业竞争力,更愿意选择专升本。也有部分毕业生虽认识到就业形势非常严峻,但仍表现出积极乐观的态度。在毕业生就业出现情绪问题时,同学或朋友及父母仍是主要的心理求助对象。国家、学校和个人均应对高职毕业生的就业心理予以关注,并对存在的普遍性心理问题进行干预。Since the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic,the economic development has been greatly affected,and the employment situation of college graduates is more severe than in previous years.The survey shows that the employment mentality of higher vocational graduates is greatly affected by COVID-19 epidemic.Among them,the employment pressure of higher vocational graduates is increasing,and the pressure of Non-native Beijing students is greater.Some graduates have some emotional problems in the process of job hunting.In order to enhance the employment competitiveness,Non-native Beijing students,liberal arts students and female students are more willing to choose to upgrade to university for higher education.Although some graduates realize that the employment situation is very serious,they still show a positive and optimistic attitude.When graduates have emotional problems in employment,their classmates,friends and parents are the main targets to seek for psychological help.The state,colleges and individuals should pay attention to the employment psychology of higher vocational college graduates and intervene the universal psychological problems.
