日本对匈牙利的直接投资及启示

摘　　要：日本是全球对外直接投资大国之一,匈牙利则是日本在中东欧地区的第一大投资东道国。日本对匈牙利的直接投资产生于特定的国内和国际背景,寻求市场和提高企业效率成为日本对匈牙利进行直接投资的主要驱动因素。日本对匈牙利的直接投资规模大且总体呈持续增长态势,投资行业主要集中于制造业。日本对匈牙利的直接投资形成了以大型跨国企业为主导的三级梯队型的直接投资企业结构,并积极以直接投资规避与匈牙利及欧盟的贸易摩擦,直接投资回报率较高且投资收益主要用于再投资。日本对匈牙利的直接投资为中国提供了以下启示:注重在中国与欧盟对接合作的框架下,推动中国对匈牙利的直接投资;支持中国民营企业对匈牙利进行集群式直接投资;扩大中国对匈牙利以制造业为重点的直接投资,减少中国与欧盟之间以反倾销为代表的贸易摩擦。Japan is one of the world’s major countries that have large-scale foreign direct investment,while Hungary is the number one host country for Japan to invest in Central and Eastern Europe.Japan’s direct investment in Hungary is based on a specific domestic and international context.Furthermore,seeking markets and improving enterprise efficiency become the main driving factors of Japan’s direct investment in Hungary.The investment scale is large and shows a continuous growth trend on the whole.The investment industry is mainly concentrated in manufacturing.As a result,a three-level echelon enterprise structure dominated by large multinational enterprises has formed in the process of Japan’s direct investment in Hungary.Japan has actively avoided trade frictions with Hungary and the EU through direct investment.In addition,the investment has earned a higher rate of return and the proceeds have been mainly used for reinvestment.Japan’s direct investment in Hungary provides China with the following enlightenment.China could lay emphasis on the promotion of China’s investment in Hungary within the China-EU cooperation framework,support private enterprises to make cluster direct investment in Hungary,and expand direct investment concentrated in manufacturing to reduce the China-EU trade friction that takes anti-dumping as representative.
