摘　　要：涩泽荣一是引领日本资本主义发展的时代先驱。他推动创建了日本第一家股份制银行和第一家股份公司;在他亲力亲为下,日本工商界结成了银行协会、商工会议所、股票交易所等业界联盟;他重视扶植实业教育和培养商界人才,是日本近代工商业理念的传播者。他把儒家伦理道德与西方制度相结合形成了"《论语》算盘说",他坚持公益主义经商思想,提高工商业者地位,以及义利合一观等对近代日本资本主义思想的形成产生了重要影响。Shibusawa Eiichi was a pioneer in the development of Japanese capitalism.He promoted the establishment of Japan’s first stock bank and stock company.With his own hands,Japan formed banking associations,chambers of Commerce and Industry,stock exchanges and other industry alliances.He attaches great importance to industrial education and nurturing of entrepreneurs.He was also the preacher of modern Japanese industrial and commercial ideas.In his Analects and Abacus,he combined Confucian ethics with the Western system.His adherence to the principle of public interest in business,of the elevation of the status of businessmen,and the concept of the unity of justice and interest had an important influence on the formation of modern Japanese capitalistic thought.
