摘  要:目的比较四通道相控阵表面线圈与十二通道头颅正交线圈对踝关节MRI的显示差异。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至5月期间在我科行踝关节MRI检查的89例患者,46例自愿选择四通道相控阵表面线圈(实验组);43例自愿选择十二通道头颅正交线圈(常规组),测量并比较相同参数的扫描序列(PD FSE T2 fs)影像上距骨、滑液、跟腱、肌肉的信噪比(Signal to Noise Ratio,SNR)及对比信噪比(Contrast-to-Noise Ratio,CNR),两名具有独立诊断经验的放射诊断医师对影像质量进行评价。结果实验组距骨、滑液、跟腱、肌肉的SNR均明显高于常规组(P均<0.05)。实验组滑液/距骨、滑液/肌肉CNR均显著高于常规组(P均<0.05),实验组跟腱/肌肉CNR与常规组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。实验组影像优良率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论四通道相控阵表面线圈相较于十二通道头颅正交线圈具有更高的组织SNR及相邻组织的CNR,是踝关节MRI的优势线圈。Objective To compare the difference of MRI between the four-channel phased array surface coil and the twelve-channel skull orthogonal coil.Methods A retrospective analysis of 89 patients with ankle joint MRI in our department from January to May of 2018.A total of 46 patients voluntarily chose four-channel phased array surface coils(experimental group);a total of 43 patients voluntarily selected 12 channel head quadrature coil(routine group).The signal to noise ratio(SNR)and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)of talus,synovial fluid,Achilles tendon and muscle were measured and compared on the scan sequence of the same parameters(PD FSE T2 fs),Image quality was evaluated by two physicians with independent diagnostic experience.Results The SNR of talus,synovial fluid,Achilles tendon and muscle in experimental group was significantly higher than that in conventional group(P<0.05).The CNR of synovial fluid/talus and synovial fluid/muscle in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05),but there were no significant difference between two groups for the CNR of Achilles tendon/muscle(P>0.05).The excellent rate of imaging in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The four-channel phased array surface coil has higher tissue SNR and CNR of adjacent tissue than the twelve-channel skull orthogonal coil,which is the dominant coil of ankle joint MR imaging.
