摘 要:目的设计一款基于区块链技术的电子病历数据存储系统,从而防止用户数据泄露、篡改。方法通过实地调研、查阅相关文献等方法收集国内外电子病历的发展现状。对区块链技术进行简单的介绍,结合使用电子病历数据存储系统的需求分析,根据需求分析设计方案,并介绍存储模块的设计思路,实现系统需求分析提出的功能需求。结果提出了一种基于区块链技术的电子病历数据存储系统架构,该系统与HIS存储系统相比,效率明显提升。结论将区块链技术与电子病历数据存储系统相结合,为解决传统电子病历安全性差、隐私保护差等问题提供新的研究思路。Objective To design an electronic medical record data storage system based on block chain technology to prevent user data leakage and tampering.Methods The development status of electronic medical records at home and abroad was collected by means of field research and consulting related literature.This paper briefly introduced the block chain technology,combined with the demand analysis of the electronic medical record data storage system,according to the demand analysis design scheme,and introduced the storage module design ideas to achieved the functional requirements proposed by the system demand analysis.Results An architecture of electronic medical record data storage system based on block chain technology was proposed,compared with the HIS storage system,the system has significantly improved efficiency.Conclusion Combining block chain technology with electronic medical record data storage system provides a new research idea to solve the problems of traditional electronic medical records with poor security and poor privacy protection.
