基于PDCA循环的口腔综合治疗台预防性维护在质量管理中的运用

摘　　要：目的运用PDCA循环法持续改进某院口腔综合治疗台预防性维护,提升口腔综合治疗台质量管理。方法结合日常报修情况,利用鱼骨图法,从不同角度分析根本原因来展开预防性维护,并运用PDCA循环法针对突高报修率持续改进预防性维护,对比改进前后日常报修率变化,进行效果评价。结果1次改进后,口腔综合治疗台报修率从2019年第3季度的44.92%下降至2019年第4季度的7.03%;2次改进后,报修率继续下降至2020年第1季度的2.34%;3次改进后,故障率继续下降至2020年第二季度的1.56%。结论运用PDCA循环法持续改进的预防性维护有效地降低了口腔综合治疗台的报修率。Objective To improve the preventive maintenance and quality management of the oral comprehensive treatment table in our hospital by PDCA circulation method.Methods Combined with the daily repair situation,the fishbone diagram method was used to analyze the root causes from different angles to carry out preventive maintenance,and the PDCA cycle method was used to continuously improve the preventive maintenance for the sudden high repair rate.The change of daily repair rate before and after the improvement was compared to evaluate the effect.Results After one improvement,the repair rate of the oral comprehensive treatment platform decreased from 44.92%in the third quarter of 2019 to 7.03%in the fourth quarter of 2019.After two improvements,the repair rate continued to drop to 2.34%in the first quarter of 2020.After three improvements,the failure rate continued to drop to 1.56%in the second quarter of 2020.Conclusion Using the PDCA circulation method for continuous improvement of preventive maintenance has effectively reduced the repair rate of the comprehensive dental treatment tables.
