口腔科综合治疗台机械运动故障常见原因分析及处理

摘　　要：口腔科综合治疗台又称牙椅,是口腔科诊治中的基本工具,机械运动故障是牙椅常见故障。本文介绍了设备在使用中常见的3类故障现象。故障一为气控开关DN1故障,牙椅无法进行任何机械运动;故障二为继电器触点氧化导致的牙椅无法上升;故障三为电位器P1故障,牙椅无法上升下降。通过故障情况分析原因,本文建立了一套正确的排查思路,通过更换新的气控开关、继电器、电位器高效地解决了这三个故障问题。通过维修提高了设备的使用效率,同时可为同行维修类似故障提供参考借鉴经验。Dental comprehensive treatment table,also known as dental chair,is the basic tool in dental diagnosis and treatment.Mechanical motion fault is the common fault of dental chair.In this paper,three kinds of common fault of equipment in use were introduced in detail.The first fault was the fault of air control switch DN1,dental chair can not carry on any mechanical movement.The second fault was that the dental chair can not rise because of the oxidation of the relay contacts.The third fault was the fault of potentiometer P1,dental chair can not rise and fall.By analyzing the causes of the fault,this paper established a set of correct investigation ideas,and solved the three kinds of the fault,efficiently by replacing the new air control switch,relay and potentiometer.The use efficiency of the equipment is improved through maintenance,and the experience can be used for reference for similar faults.
