重塑多维空间正义:中国城乡关系的演进实践与未来延展

摘　　要：中国城乡关系的历史演进具有特殊的发展逻辑,也是马克思主义在中国发展的生动实践成果之一。中国城乡关系经历了从统一、差别到二元结构固化,再到城乡融合发展的新时代的过程,其中交织着政治、经济、资本、文化及权力等多方面内容。新时代城乡融合发展的困境构筑了新的问题丛,主要存在三大障碍:农业转移人口的市民化问题;城乡空间资源配置不合理、不均衡;城乡生态环境差距问题。顺着新问题索引,马克思主义空间观给予了城乡关系的空间化分析,其价值旨归以人为核心,指明了城乡发展的规律,暗合了中国城乡关系变化的演进趋势。由于时代区隔导致马克思主义空间观与当下城乡融合的新问题发生了暂时性断裂。新马克思主义空间生产理论则勾连起了马克思主义空间观,并且在要素层面观照了改革开放后城乡空间的变化,其局限性在于人的主体作用不彰,依然没有逃离资本主义制度框架体系。因此,新型城乡融合发展要校准城乡空间方位,重塑多维空间正义,在此基础上进行路径延展与超越:重视城乡空间身份体验;实现城乡融合发展与乡村振兴战略的同频共振;尊重城乡发展的动态规律。The historical evolution of the relationship between urban and rural areas in China has a special development logic and is also one of the practical achievements of Marxism in China.The relationship has experienced change from unity,difference to the solidification of dual structure,and then to integration and development in the new era which results in new problems and obstacles,namely,the urbanization of agricultural transfer population,the unreasonable and unbalanced allocation of urban and rural spatial resources,and the gap between urban and rural ecological environment.To find solution to these problems,the study suggests that Marxist spatial view gives a spatial analysis of the relationship between urban and rural areas,and its value aims to take people as the core,point out the law of urban and rural development,and imply the evolution trend of urban and rural areas in China.Due to the separation of times,Marxist spatial view and the integration of urban and rural areas has a temporary break.The new Marxist theory of space production connects the Marxist view of space,and responds to the changes of urban and rural space after the reform and opening up at the factor level.There is still no escape from the capitalist system framework system.Therefore,the new urban and rural integration development should calibrate the urban and rural spatial orientation,reshape the multidimensional spatial justice,and carry on the path extension and transcendence on this basis,that is,attach importance to the urban and rural spatial identity experience;realize the same frequency resonance of urban and rural integration development and respect the dynamic law of urban and rural development.
