摘 要:文章以6个杨树品种为实验材料,研究其在3种不同浓度盐分处理下的生根性状。结果表明:不同盐分、不同处理浓度对6个品种的平均根数、最长根的影响存在明显差异;轻度盐碱对辽胡1号杨生根数量有促进作用,对群众杨和辽胡1号杨的根长生长有促进作用;3种盐分中NaHCO3对各品种的生根数量和最长根影响最大;6个品种中辽胡1号杨、群众杨和新疆杨表现出较强的耐盐性。In this paper, six poplar varieties were used as experimental materials to study their rooting characters under three different concentrations of salt treatments. The results showed that there were significant differences in the average root number and the longest root among the six varieties under different salinity and different treatment concentralions.Mild saline and alkali could promote the root number of P. simonii × P. euphratica cv.‘liaohe1’, and the root length growth of P. × xiaozuannica cv.‘Popularise’and P. simonii ×P. euphratica cv.‘liaohe1’. Among the three salts, NaHCO3 had the most significant effect on the rooting number and the longest root of each variety. Among the six poplar cultivars,P. simonii × P. euphratica cv.‘liaohe1’, P. × xiaozuannica cv.‘Popularise’and P. alba var.pyramidalis showed strong salt tolerance.
