摘 要:脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage, ICH)是一类严重的脑卒中,其高的致残率、致死率极大地威胁人类健康。脑出血后脑损伤的机制十分复杂,根据其发生的特点,分为原发性脑损伤和继发性脑损伤,其中继发性脑损伤,如炎症、氧化应激、铁的细胞毒性、凝血酶等,在脑出血预后占据着非常重要的作用。进一步明确脑出血后脑损伤的具体病理生理机制,有利于寻找到新的治疗靶点,开发新的药物。Intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) is a kind of severe cerebral apoplexy, with a high rate of disability and mortality, and poses a great threat to human health. The mechanism of brain injury after intracerebral hemorrhage is very complex. According to its characteristics, it can be divided into primary brain injury and secondary brain injury. Secondary brain injury, such as inflammation, oxidative stress, iron cytotoxicity and thrombin, plays an important role in the prognosis of intracerebral hemorrhage. To further clarify the specific pathophysiological mechanism of brain injury after intracerebral hemorrhage is conducive to finding new therapeutic targets and developing new drugs.
