摘　　要：[目的/意义]数字信息资源质量是政府数字信息资源价值实现的关键,政府数字信息资源质量控制机制研究有助于提升政府数字信息资源的质量,进而促进政府数字信息资源的价值实现。[方法/过程]首先,对政府部门数字信息资源质量和数据开放平台的政府开放数据质量进行调查,发现政府数字信息资源质量存在不准确、不及时、不一致、不完整、不规范、时效性差、可用性不高等主要问题。其次,对政府数字信息资源质量问题产生原因进行分析总结,如政府数字信息资源质量管理缺乏有效的领导,政府数字信息资源的多源性,政府数字信息资源质量缺少统一的政策,政府数字信息资源质量控制环节薄弱等。[结果/结论]最后,设计并构建了政府数字信息资源质量控制机制,包括战略支持机制、组织保障机制、流程控制机制、监督反馈机制。[Purpose/significance]The quality of digital information resources is the key to the realization of the value of government digital information resources.Research on the quality control mechanism of government digital information resources can help improve the quality of government digital information resources,and then promote the value realization of government digital information resources.[Method/process]First,the quality of government digital information resources and the quality of open government data on open data platforms were investigated,and it was found that the quality of government digital information resources was inaccurate,untimely,inconsistent,incomplete,irregular,poor timeliness,and low availability.Secondly,the paper analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the quality problems of government digital information resources,such as the lack of effective leadership in the quality management of government digital information resources,the multi-source nature of government digital information resources,the lack of unified policies for the quality of government digital information resources,and the weak links in the quality control of government digital information resources.[Result/conclusion]Finally,the quality control mechanism for government digital information resources was designed and constructed,including strategic support mechanism,organizational guarantee mechanism,process control mechanism and supervisory feedback mechanism.
