摘 要:板状燃料组件内的流道为窄矩形通道,与常规通道内流动传热特性存在差异。为探究窄矩形多通道内的速度场和温度场特性以及分布规律,对窄矩形三通道流动传热特性进行数值模拟,将部分模拟结果与实验结果进行对比,对不同湍流模型的适用性进行对比研究。结果表明:三通道组件各通道内速度分布数值计算结果与实验结果符合较好;各通道内阻力特性不一,通道间明显存在流量再分配现象;采用雷诺应力模型所得计算结果与经典摩擦阻力公式计算结果相差较小,且涡结构和速度场较为精细;不同流道间的温度分布较为相似,热区均出现在两侧通道出口位置的中部和近壁面处,因此两侧通道应为高温区的重要关注点。The flow channel in the plate fuel assembly is a narrow rectangular channel,and its flow and heat transfer characteristicswhich is different from that in the conventional channel.In order to explore the characteristics and distribution of velocity field and temperature field in narrow rectangular multi-channel,the flow and heat transfer characteristics of three narrow rectangular channels were numerically simulated.Some simulation results were compared with the experimental results,and the applicability of different turbulence models was compared.The results show that:the numerical calculation results of velocity distribution in each channel of the three channel modules are in good agreement with the experimental results;the resistance characteristics in each channel are different,and the flow redistribution phenomenon between channels is obvious;the difference between the calculation results of Reynolds stress model and the classical friction resistance formula is small,and the vortex structure and velocity field are more precise;the temperature distribution between different channels is similar,and the hot regions appear in the middle and near the wall of the exit of the two sides of the channel,so the two sides of the channel should be an important concern of the high temperature region.
