摘 要:反应堆热工水力设计是反应堆堆芯设计的基础之一,其中导向管旁流和缓冲段冷却分析是其中的重要分析内容,通常采用专用分析软件进行计算。为了支撑核电型号开发自主化,亟需开展自主化控制棒导向管旁流及缓冲段冷却分析软件研发。本文介绍了自主化导向管旁流及缓冲段冷却分析软件(SBYCO)的开发及测试验证情况。SBYCO软件具备多种相关组件结构的导向管旁通流量计算、缓冲段冷却分析计算和相关组件棒温度计算功能。通过下多种工况与国际主流软件的对比分析结果表明,SBYCO软件计算结果精确,可以满足CAP1400反应堆导向管旁流及缓冲段冷却分析计算的需求。The thermal-hydraulic design is one of the bases for the reactor core design.Bypass flow and absorber cooling analysis of the control rod guide tube are important items,which usually solved by specific professional software.In order to support the“Self-reliance”of nuclear power plant development,the software about bypass flow and absorber cooling analysis of control rod guide tube becomes an urgent demand.This article introduces the development and testing of the autonomous software for bypass flow and absorber cooling analysis(SBYCO).The SBYCO can calculate the bypass and cooling of the control rod guide tube and the temperature of the absorber rods inserted.The results of SBYCO with international mainstream software in various cases indicate that the calculation results of SBYCO are reasonable and high accurate,it can meet the requirements of the CAP1400 reactor guide tube bypass flow and absorber cooling analysis requirements.
