摘 要:针对常压条件下的小口径浸没式蒸汽直接接触冷凝开展了试验,并针对流型开展了研究,试验工况范围为:喷嘴直径约10 mm,蒸汽质量流量为28~630 kg/(m2·s),池水温度为25℃~85℃。本文对小口径下浸没式直接接触冷凝的各流型特征进行了识别,获得了包括嚓嘎、泡状振荡、短锥射流、半球形射流、常变射流、珠状射流、长锥射流和发散型射流等典型流型,对各典型的流型特征进行了归纳总结,并对各流型之间的转变机理进行了讨论,得出了影响流型形成和转变的主要因素是蒸汽质量流量、池水过冷度和蒸汽雷诺数。In this paper,the experiment of submerged steam direct contact condensation through minor-caliber pipe is carried out under atmospheric pressure,and the research of regime is conducted.The diameter of the pipe is about 10 mm.The steam flux is in the range of 28~630 kg/m2s,while the temperature of the pool water varies from 25℃to 85℃.The regime characteristics of submerged steam direct contact condensation through minor-caliber pipe are identified.The typical regimes are acquired,including chugging,bubble oscillation,short cone jet,hemisphere jet,changing jet,bead jet,long cone jet and divergent jet.And the regime characteristics of typical regimes are summarized.The mechanism of regime transition is discussed and conclude that the major factors of regime formation and transform are steam mass flux,pool subcooling and steam Renold number.
