摘 要:采用电弧离子镀膜技术在Zr-4合金表面制备4组不同基体偏压的铬(Cr)涂层,研究基体偏压对Zr-4合金高温抗氧化性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)技术对Cr涂层的微观结构和物相构成进行表征,分析基体偏压对Cr涂层高温氧化性能的影响。研究结果表明,基体偏压对Cr涂层晶体结构、表面和截面微观形貌、结合强度、抗高温氧化性能均有非常显著影响;Cr涂层经高温氧化后主要分化为3层结构:Cr_(2)O_(3)氧化层、残余Cr层和Cr-Zr扩散层;基体偏压为−100 V时涂层表面团聚物尺寸最小,表面未出现明显裂纹,涂层中仍留有残余Cr层,氧化增重最低,涂层致密性和结合性能最好。因此,基体偏压为−100 V时制备的Cr涂层对Zr-4合金基体保护效果最佳,生成的Cr_(2)O_(3)氧化层能够紧密地包覆在Zr-4合金基体表面不脱落,提高了Zr-4合金在高温下的抗氧化性能。Four groups of Cr coatings with different substrate bias are prepared on the surface of Zr-4 alloy by using arc ion plating technology to study the effect of substrate bias on the high-temperature oxidation resistance of Zr-4 alloy.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)are used to characterize the microstructure,and the defects of Cr coating with different substrate bias after oxidation at 1200℃are studied.The results showed that substrate bias had significant effect on the crystal structure,surface morphology,thickness and bonding strength of the coated coating,and the Cr coating is mainly divided into three layers after high temperature oxidation:the oxidation layer of Cr_(2)O_(3),the residual Cr layer and the diffusion layer of Cr-Zr.When the substrate bias is−100 V,the coating surface aggregates have the smallest size,no obvious cracks appear on the surface,Cr layer remains in the coating,oxidation weight gain is the lowest,and the coating has the best compactness and binding performance.Therefore,the Cr coating with the substrate bias of−100 V has the best protective effect on the Zr-4 substrate,and the generated Cr_(2)O_(3) oxide layer can be tightly coated on the surface of the Zr-4 alloy substrate without falling off,thus improving the anti-oxidation performance of Zr-4 alloy at high temperature.
