摘　　要：基于S7-300可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和Intouch上位机平台进行装卸料机模拟机开发。PLC控制程序采用嵌套式调用及条件调用,用以优化程序运行效率。程序中对偏移法、自动控制及堆芯地图状态监测等进行有效的功能设计,同时对装卸料机的逻辑、联锁及保护进行严格设计,确保与现场保持一致。上位机界面遵从现场设计,利于操作司机对操作画面熟悉和掌握。可配备操作模拟平台,使操作司机操作实际手柄、开关按钮等,达到模拟真实操作效果。The refueling machine simulator is developed based on S7-300 PLC and Intouch.The PLC program uses the nested call and the condition call to optimize the efficiency of the program.In the program,the offset method,the automatic control and the condition monitoring of the core map are effectively designed,and the logic,interlock and protection of the refueling,loading and unloading machine are strictly designed to ensure the consistency with the site.The upper computer interface follows the scene design,which is beneficial for the operator to understand the operation picture.It can be equipped with the operating simulation platform,so that the operator can operate the actual handle,switch buttons,and etc.,to achieve a real operation simulation effect.
