摘　　要：通过文献调查、数据分析等研究方法,对福建省浔兴职业篮球俱乐部的球员管理现状进行总结归纳,从该职业篮球俱乐部球员管理的现状出发,分析得出职业篮球俱乐部提升球员管理水平的措施包括:根据球队规划确定教练组;完善球队的引援制度;完善球队球员梯队建设,健全球队的后备人才选拔制度;建设球队文化,提升球队软实力。Taking Fujian Xunxing professional basketball clubs as the research object,this article analyzes the current situation and countermeasures of professional basketball team player management.Through the research methods of literature research and data analysis,the current situation of player management of Xunxing Professional Basketball Club is investigated,analyzed and summarized.Proceeding from the status quo of player management of Xunxing Professional Basketball Club,it is drawn that the measures for professional basketball teams to improve player management are:determining the coaching team according to the team plan;improving the team’s referral system;improving the player echelon construction and the team’s reserve talent selection system;building the team culture to enhance the team’s soft power.
