后疫情时代县级银行经营风险防控策略研究--以肃宁县为例

摘　　要：2020年,新型冠状病毒肆虐全球,虽然我国的疫情防控取得了阶段性的成果,但是,由于疫情持续时间延长,企业经营压力依然存在,商业银行尤其是县级商业银行产生不良贷款的风险迅速增加,对商业银行的资金流动性产生了极大的负面影响,导致县级银行经营风险增大。论文以肃宁县商业银行为例,从风险防控角度分析后疫情时代县级商业银行经营风险防控的短板,并提出4点改进薄弱环节的建议,以促进金融稳定和宏观经济的稳定发展。In 2020,COVID-19 has been ravaging the world.Although China's epidemic prevention and control has achieved phased results,but due to the prolonged duration of the epidemic,business pressure still exists.Commercial banks,especially county-level commercial banks,have a rapid increase in the risk of non-performing loans,which has a great negative impact on the liquidity of commercial banks,leading to the increase of county-level banks'business risks.Taking Suning County Commercial Bank as an example,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of risk prevention and control of county-level commercial banks in the post-epidemic era from the perspective of risk prevention and control,and puts forward four suggestions to improve the weak links,so as to promote the stable development of financial stability and macro economy.
