摘　　要：市场监管领域的网上行政审批系统在电子政务建设和政务流程再造方面具有普遍代表性。市场监管领域“大部门制”改革后,工商、质监、食药监、物价和知识产权部分职权被重新组建成市场监管部门,其部门本身就面临系统互通、业务互通、数据共享等电子政务建设面临的共性问题,其网上审批系统具有典型和普遍代表性。The online administrative examination and approval system in the field of market supervision is universally representative in the construction of e-government affairs and the reengineering of government affairs processes.After the reform of the"large departmental system"in the field of market supervision,some of the powers of industry and commerce,quality supervision,food and drug supervision,price and intellectual property rights have been reorganized into a market supervision department.The department itself is faced with common problems in e-government construction,such as system interconnection,business interconnection and data sharing,and its online examination and approval system is typical and generally representative.
