中国区域经济发展“十三五”回顾与“十四五”展望

摘　　要：“十三五”时期,中国经济和社会发展开始进入高质量发展阶段。以“新发展理念”为引领的区域协调发展步伐明显加快;一系列城市群规划的出台和实施,对区域经济发展带动作用显著;新型城镇化与乡村振兴并举,城乡融合发展步伐加快;东西差距进一步缩小,南北差距开始扩大。“十四五”时期,应加快构建“4+6+1”的高质量区域协调发展新格局,推动形成“多横多纵”的生态经济带,稳步推进都市圈和城市群建设,着力提升城镇化质量,深入实施乡村振兴战略,坚持实施“主体功能区战略”。The guidance of“new development concept”has been significantly accelerated.The introduction and the implementation of a series of urban agglomeration plans have played a significant role in promoting regional economic development.With the development of new urbanization and rural revitalization,the pace of urban-rural integration has been accelerated;the gap between the East and the West has further narrowed,and the gap between the North and the South has begun to expand.During the period of the 14th five-year plan,we should speed up the construction of a new pattern of“4+6+1”high-quality regional coordinated development,promote the formation of“multi horizontal and multi vertical”ecological economic belt,steadily promote the construction of metropolitan area and urban agglomeration,strive to improve the quality of urbanization,deeply implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and adhere to the implementation of the“main function area strategy”.
