摘 要:非胶充填可减少水泥用量以降低充填成本,但细尾砂非胶料浆在采场中难脱水固结、长期处于流态的问题影响充填安全。本研究提出一种基于FLAC3D软件的非胶料浆固结过程模拟方法,利用Gibson固结理论解析的孔隙水压力,对比验证了该数值方法模拟非胶料浆固结过程的可靠性,得出模型网格尺寸对料浆孔隙水压力模拟结果影响显著,应将自重固结方向网格尺寸设定为充填料浆高度1/100以内的结论。应用该方法示例模拟了某金矿采场充填料浆固结过程,与现场监测的孔隙水压力和竖向总应力对比,校验了该法模拟实际采场充填料浆固结过程的有效性,可为采场非胶尾砂充填料浆自重固结研究提供参考。Uncemented backfill in mine stopes can reduce cement usage to control mining costs,but the fine tailings slurry without cement is difficult to be dehydrated and consolidated and is usually in flow state for a long time,which affects the safety of mining with backfill.In this paper,a numerical simulating method is presented to evaluate the consolidation of uncemented tailings slurry based on the FLAC 3D software.The proposed numerical method is validated against the analytical solution of pore water pressure(PWP)by Gibson s model.It shows that the simulated results of PWP are sensitive to the mesh size which should be limited to values within 1/100 of filling height in the direction of self-weight consolidation.The proposed method is then illustrated to simulate the consolidation of a paste backfill in a gold mine,and the comparison with the field monitored pore water pressure and vertical total stress are made to verify the effectiveness of the numerical method to simulate the consolidation process in a real backfilling stope.It can provide a reliable reference for the research on self-weight consolidation of tailings slurry in mine stopes.
