摘  要:为解决传统预裂爆破与光面爆破技术难以满足现如今高质量、高标准施工要求的难题,根据切缝药包的作用机理,对切缝药包在边坡预裂爆破中的应用进行研究。根据现场施工情况,设计相应爆破参数,进行切缝药包预裂爆破参数优化试验,并对切缝药包预裂爆破和传统预裂爆破的工程应用进行对比研究。试验结果表明:在中硬岩、90 mm直径预裂孔的条件下,采用外径40 mm、内径36 mm,切缝长度0.8m,切缝宽度10mm的PVC管作为切缝管进行切缝药包预裂爆破,其爆破效果较好;通过与传统预裂爆破相比,切缝药包预裂爆破后预裂缝宽度增加了1.12倍,预裂面不平整度减少了52.8%,半孔率提高了21%,振动速度峰值降低了29.02%,有效减少了爆破能量对保留边坡与周边构建筑物的损害,显著提高了爆破施工的质量。In order to solve the problem that the traditional pre-split blasting and smooth blasting technology cannot meet the requirements of high quality and high standard construction,the application of the slotted cartidge in slope pre-split blasting is studied according to the mechanism of the slotted cartidge.According to the site construction,the corresponding blasting parameters are designed,and the parameter optimization test of pre-splitting blasting is carried out,and the engineering application of pre-splitting blasting and traditional pre-splitting blasting are compared.The test results show that the blasting effect is better,which PVC pipe with 40 mm outer diameter and 36 mm inner diameter,0.8 m slit length and 10 mm slit width is used as slit pipe for pre-splitting blasting of slit cartridge in the condition of medium hard rock and 90 mm diameter pre-hole.By compared with the traditional presplit blasting,slotted cartidge after presplit blasting crack width increases 1.12 times,pre-splitting surface roughness decreases by 52.8%,half hole rate increased by 21%,the peak vibration velocity is reduced by 29.02%,effectively reduce the blasting energy to keep the slope and the surrounding structure of the building damage,improve the quality of blasting construction.
