摘 要:电铅生产厂区在建设之初重点配套建设了有组织废气处理设施,而无组织废气的治理近年来才逐渐受到重视并补建治理设施。已建的无组织废气治理系统存在收集系统不规范、治理设施老化、自动化程度低、处理工艺不当、运行管理困难等问题,虽可启动运行,但污染物处理效率低,无法满足现有排放标准。文章以湖南某电铅厂为例,详细分析了电铅生产厂区无组织废气特点及治理现状,提出了改造技术方案思路及技术要点,为电铅生产行业无组织废气治理提供了可借鉴的技术改造方案。Within the electrolytic lead production plant area, key supporting treatment facilities have been built for the waste gas from organized pollution sources since the beginning of construction, but the treatment of fugitive waste gas and the construction of supplementary treatment facilities have gradually been taken seriously during the operation period. The existing fugitive waste gas treatment system has some problems, such as non-standard collection system, aging treatment facilities, low degree of automation, improper treatment process, difficult operation and management, etc. Although it can be started and run, the efficiency of pollutant treatment is low, and it cannot meet the existing emission standards. Taking an electrolytic lead plant in Hunan as an example, the paper analyzed the characteristics of fugitive waste gas in the electrolytic lead production plant area and the current situation of its treatment in detail. The paper put forward the ideas and key technical points of the technical proposal for transformation, and thus provided references for the treatment of fugitive waste gas in the electrolytic lead production industry.
