摘　　要：近年来,HIV感染疫情形势与传播方式已发生巨大改变。社区病毒载量作为HIV传播潜力指标,不仅可以量化社区病毒血症负担,还可预测HIV的传播。本文从社区病毒载量的定义、测量与计算指标、与HIV新发感染率的关系及实际运用中面临的挑战等方面综述,为社区病毒载量在控制HIV传播方面提供更多研究思路。In recent years,the situation of HIV infection and the mode of transmission have undergone tremendous changes.Community viral load(VL)as an indicator of HIV transmission potential can not only quantify the burden of viremia in the community,but also predict the spread of HIV.This article reviews the definition of community viral load,measurement and calculation indicators,the relationship to HIV new infection rate and the challenges faced in practical application,etc.,to provide more research ideas for community viral load in controlling HIV transmission.
