三棱火针配合复方土槿皮酊治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察三棱火针联合复方土槿皮酊治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎临床疗效。方法:135例分为三棱火针组、复方土槿皮酊组和联合组各45例。三棱火针组只给予火针治疗,复方土槿皮酊组只给予复方土槿皮酊外涂,联合组在火针治疗后给予外涂复方土槿皮酊治疗。结果:在第2周和第4周,总有效率联合组均高于三棱火针组和复方土槿皮酊组(P<0.05)。结论:三棱火针联合复方土槿皮酊治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of three-edged fire needle combined with Compound Hibiscus Tincture in the treatment of Malassezia folliculitis.Methods:A total of 135 cases were divided into three-edged fire needle group,Compound Hibiscus Tincture group and combined group,with 45 cases in each group.The three-edged fire needle group were treated only fire-needle treatment while the Compound Hibiscus Tincture group were only given Compound Hibiscus Tincture with external application.The combined group were treated with the external application of the compound Tujinpi tincture after the fire-needle treatment.Results:In the 2nd and 4th weeks,the total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the three-edged fire needle group and the Compound Hibiscus Tincture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The three-edged fire needle combined with Compound Hibiscus Tincture is effective and safe in the treatment of Malassezia folliculitis.
