电针结合复合手法治疗网球肘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察电针结合Cyrax’s、Mill’s复合手法治疗网球肘的疗效。方法:60例分为两组各30例,治疗组用电针结合手法,对照组用封闭治疗。结果:治疗后两组VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),治疗组降低幅度更大(P<0.05),治疗后臂腕伸肌力量两组均增高(P<0.05),治疗组增高幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率及优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合复合手法治疗网球肘效果较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of electric acupuncture combined with Cyrax’s and Mill’s compound manipulation on tennis elbow.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture combined with manipulation while the control group were treated with closed treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased more(P<0.05).After treatment,the strength of the forearm and wrist extensor muscles increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group increased more(P<0.05).The total effective rate and excellent and good rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electric acupuncture combined with compound manipulation has a better effect on tennis elbow.
