摘 要:西藏和平解放70年来,少数民族干部队伍建设取得了巨大成就,即理想信念更加坚定、队伍规模不断壮大、比例结构日趋合理、大力选拔培养女干部和年轻后备干部、素质能力不断提升。70年来,西藏少数民族干部工作给予我们如下启示:必须坚持党对少数民族干部工作的全面领导、必须强化少数民族干部制度保障体系、必须根据不同时期历史任务加强少数民族干部队伍建设、必须不断提高西藏教育质量、必须继续促进民族交往交流交融。In the 70 years since the peaceful liberation of Tibet,great achievements have been made in building the cadres of ethnic minorities.This paper concludes five major achievements,that is,the ideals and beliefs have become stronger,the scale of the team has grown,the proportional structure has become more reasonable,and efforts have been made to select and train female cadres and young reserve cadres.Over the past 70 years,the growth and construction of minority cadres in Tibet have taught us the following:we must adhere to the CPC’s overall leadership of minority cadres,we must strengthen the institutional guarantee system for minority cadres,we must strengthen the construction of minority cadres according to the historical tasks of different periods,we must continuously improve the quality of Tibetan education,and we must continue to promote interactions and exchanges among ethnic groups.
