摘　　要：疫情常态化防控状态下,医院需根据疫情防控要求和患者就医需求,建立平急结合的日间手术术前管理流程。作者梳理了既往医院日间手术前管理流程中存在的问题,从战时预警管理和平时流程优化两个方面出发,构建平急结合的日间手术术前管理流程。流程优化后,提高了日间手术患者的24 h出院率,降低了停手术出院率和爽约率,在加强疫情防控的同时,促进日间手术管理质量的持续提升。Under the condition of normalized epidemic prevention and control,the hospital should optimize the pre-operation management process of day surgery according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control and the needs of patients.The authors analyzed the problems existing in the pre operation management process of daytime operation in the past,and constructed the pre-operation management process of daytime operation from two aspects of wartime early warning management and peacetime process optimization.After the process optimization,the 24-hour discharge rate of patients with day surgery was improved,the non-surgery discharge rate and the rate of missed appointment were reduced.While strengthening the prevention and control of the epidemic,the process could promote the continuous improvement of the quality of day surgery management.
