冠心病患者血压和空腹血糖及血脂代谢变化的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:观察冠心病患者血压、空腹血糖(FBG)及血脂代谢变化的关系。方法:选择2017年1月—2020年10月于本院行冠状动脉造影显示冠状动脉狭窄并确诊冠心病的患者70例,对照组为同期非冠心病患者67例,检测血压变化、空腹血糖和血脂代谢水平并与对照组比较。观察冠心病患者血压、FBG及血脂代谢变化的关系。结果:冠心病组患者血压异常率70.00%;对照组血压异常率41.79%。与对照组比较,冠心病患者血压异常率增高,其中收缩压升高显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),冠心病组与对照组比较,冠心病组FBG、血脂中甘油三酯(TG),高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病与血压升高存在显著相关,血压异常变化对冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄的发生和发展有明显影响。冠心病患者FBG和TG明显升高,两者在评价冠心病患者病情进展中有重要意义。Objective To observe the relationship between blood pressure,fasting blood glucose(FBG)and lipid metabolism in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Seventy patients with coronary artery stenosis and diagnosed CHD were selected from our hospital from January 2017 to October 2020 by coronary angiography,and 67 patients without CHD were included in the control group.Changes in blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and lipid metabolism were detected and compared with the control group.To observe the relationship between blood pressure,FBG and lipid metabolism in patients with coronary heart disease.Results The abnormal rate of blood pressure in CHD group was 70%.The rate of abnormal blood pressure in the control group was 41.79%.Compared with the control group,the abnormal rate of blood pressure in patients with coronary heart disease was significantly increased,including a significant increase in systolic blood pressure,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,FBG and triglyceride(TG)in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between coronary heart disease and elevated blood pressure,and abnormal changes of blood pressure have significant influence on the occurrence and development of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease.FBG and TG were significantly increased in patients with CHD,which were of great significance in evaluating the disease progression of patients with CHD.
