摘 要:目的分析血液学检验项目与突发性耳聋相关性的临床研究。方法选择2018年11月至2020年4月本院收治的100例突发性耳聋病患作为研究对象。选择研究对象(观察组),并选择同期住院的100例患者作为研究对象,年龄和观察组相符,经详细证实无病耳病史和听力检查。分析并对比两组治疗前血液测试指标的差异是否具有统计学意义。结果比较血液甘油三酸酯(TG),总胆固醇(TCH0),VLDL-C胆固醇(VLDL-C),高半胱氨酸(Hey),尿酸浓度,纤维蛋白原,pr各组之间的otrombin,活化部分凝血活酶时间和血小板数量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较HDL Cholesterol(HDL-C)和LDL-血液中的C(LDL-C)胆固醇观察组与对照组的白细胞和中性粒细胞百分比无显着差异(P>0.05)。结论Blood triglycerides(TG),总胆固醇(TCH0),VLDL-C胆固醇(VLDL-C),Homocysteine(Hcy),尿酸浓度,纤维蛋白原,凝血酶原时间,凝血活酶时间和血小板计数等单独的活性血液测试元素也许与突发性耳聋的出现以及发展有关,HDL Cholesterol(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)C)血细胞百分比白人和中性粒细胞在该实验中显示与突发性耳聋的发作没有明显的相关性,有待进一步证明。Objective To analyze the clinical study of the correlation between hematology test items and sudden deafness.Methods 100 patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.The study object(observation group)was selected,and 100 patients who were hospitalized during the same period were selected as the study object.The age was consistent with the observation group,and it was confirmed in detail that there was no disease history and hearing examination.Analyze and compare whether the differences in blood test indicators between the two groups before treatment are statistically significant.Results Compare blood triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TCH0),VLDL-C cholesterol(VLDL-C),homocysteine(Hey),uric acid concentration,fibrinogen,pr among the groups The otrombin,activated partial thromboplastin time and the number of platelets were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing HDL Cholesterol(HDL-C)and LDL-C(LDL-C)cholesterol in blood,there was no significant difference in the percentage of leukocytes and neutrophils between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Blood triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TCH0),VLDL-C cholesterol(VLDL-C),Homocysteine(Hcy),uric acid concentration,fibrinogen,prothrombin time,thromboplastin time and platelet count alone The active blood test element may be related to the appearance and development of sudden deafness.HDL Cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)C)blood cell percentages,whites and neutrophils are shown in this experiment There is no obvious correlation with the onset of sudden deafness,which needs to be further proved.
