伴和不伴鼻息肉的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者部分临床和病理学特征的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨伴鼻息肉的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CPSwNP)与不伴鼻息肉的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CPSsNP)患者的临床症状与病理学特征。方法纳入30例CPSwNP患者、40例CPSsNP研究2019年3月~2020年5月,采用VAS评价其主观症状,采用Lund-Mackay法、Lanza-Kennedy法评价其客观症状,对比不同类型患者临床症状及病理学特征。结果(1)临床症状:CPSsNP患者鼻分泌物症状VAS评分高于CPSwNP,嗅觉障碍症状VAS低于CPSwNP,统计值P<0.05。(2)病理学特征:CPSwNP患者的鼻内镜检查评分、CT评分、EOS计数、IL-5表达量高于CPSsNP,统计值P<0.05。结论CPSwNP与CPSsNP相比,前者表现更为严重且黏膜病变较广泛。Objective To investigate the clinical symptoms and pathological features of chronic rhinosinusitis(CPSwNP)with nasal polyps and chronic rhinosinusitis(CPSsNP)without nasal polyps.Methods 30 CPSwNP patients and 40CPSsNP studiesMarch 2019 to may 2020 were enrolled.VAS was used to evaluate their subjective symptoms,and the Lund-Mackay method and Lanza-Kennedy method were used to evaluate their objective symptoms.The clinical symptoms and pathological characteristics of different types of patients were compared.Results(1)Clinical symptoms:The VAS score of nasal secretion symptoms in CPSsNP patients was higher than that of CPSwNP,and the VAS symptoms of olfactory disorders were lower than CPSwNP,and the statistical value was P<0.05.(2)Pathological characteristics:The nasal endoscopy score,CT score,EOS count,and IL-5 expression of CPSwNP patients were higher than that of CPSsNP,and the statistical value was P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with CPSsNP,CPSwNP is more serious and has more extensive mucosal lesions.
