摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下揭盖法治疗鼻前庭囊肿的手术方法和疗效。方法对108例鼻前庭囊肿患者进行鼻内镜下揭盖法治疗。结果术后1-2月术腔基本愈合,随访6月-5年无复发及并发症。结论鼻内镜下揭盖法治疗鼻前庭囊肿手术操作简单准确,视野清晰,手术时间短,损伤小,出血少,术后不影响进食,患者痛苦小,恢复快,可作为耳鼻咽喉科日间手术及基层医院首选的手术方式开展。Objective To explore the surgical method and curative effect of nasal vestibular cyst by uncovering method under nasal endoscope.Methods 108 patients with nasal vestibular cysts were treated with nasal endoscopic uncovering.Results The surgical cavity was basically healed in 1-2 months after operation,and there was no recurrence or complications in the follow-up for 6 months to 5 years.Conclusion The uncovering method under nasal endoscopy for the treatment of nasal vestibular cyst is simple and accurate,with clear vision,short operation time,less injury,less bleeding,no influence on eating after operation,less pain for patients,quick recovery,and can be used as an otolaryngology surgery during the day and the preferred surgical method of primary hospitals.
