摘  要:目的探讨鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗与微波治疗老年难治性鼻出血的治疗效果。方法选择2018年1月至2020年2月在本院诊治的80例老年难治性鼻出血患者,按照抽签的方式均分为两组,每组40例。A组接受鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗,B组则接受微波治疗。观察并分析两组患者止血时间、术中出血量、鼻腔通气时间、鼻腔粘膜恢复时间以及治愈率、患者满意度情况。结果观察组止血时间、术中出血量、鼻腔通气时间、鼻腔粘膜恢复时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗与微波治疗老年难治性鼻出血均可获得有很好的疗效,但鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗的效果更佳,有助于提高止血效果和鼻腔恢复效果,具有较高的临床意义。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of bipolar electrocoagulation and microwave in the treatment of elderly patients with intractable epistaxis.Methods 80 elderly patients with refractory epistaxis in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the way of drawing lots,40 cases in each group.Group a received bipolar electrocoagulation under nasal endoscope,while group B received microwave therapy.The hemostasis time,intraoperative blood loss,nasal ventilation time,nasal mucosa recovery time,cure rate and patient satisfaction were observed and analyzed.Results The hemostasis time,intraoperative blood loss,nasal ventilation time,nasal mucosa recovery time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion endoscopic bipolar electrocoagulation and microwave treatment of elderly patients with intractable epistaxis can obtain good curative effect,but endoscopic bipolar electrocoagulation has better effect,which is helpful to improve the hemostatic effect and nasal cavity recovery effect,which has high clinical significance.
