布地奈德体位滴鼻治疗伴有腺样体肥大的小儿分泌性中耳炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察评价布地奈德体位滴鼻治疗伴有腺样体肥大的小儿分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法将我院接收的伴有腺样体肥大的分泌性中耳炎患儿当中抽选出44例列为观察对象,以治疗形式的差异性分成常规组以及研究组,每组的样本容量均等分成22例。常规组获得手术治疗模式,研究组获得布地奈德体位滴鼻治疗模式。就两组治疗有效值以及免疫功能展开比较。结果研究组治疗有效值以及免疫功能均优于常规组且组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对伴有腺样体肥大的分泌性中耳炎患儿提供布地奈德体位滴鼻治疗模式,可为提高临床疗效并优化免疫功能予以支持,值得推广。Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy of budesonide postural nasal drops in the treatment of secretory otitis media in children with adenoid hypertrophy.Methods A total of 44 children with secretory otitis media with adenoid hypertrophy were selected as observation objects in our hospital,and the difference in treatment form Sex is divided into regular group and research group,the sample size of each group is equally divided into 22 cases.The routine group received surgical treatment,and the research group received budesonide postural nasal drip treatment.Compare the effective value of treatment and immune function between the two groups.Results The effective value of treatment and immune function of the study group were better than those of the conventional group and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with secretory otitis media with adenoid hypertrophy,the budesonide positional nasal drip treatment mode can be provided to improve clinical efficacy and optimize immune function.It is worthy of promotion.
