雷诺考特鼻喷雾剂在非变应性鼻炎患者治疗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究在非变应性鼻炎患者治疗中雷诺考特鼻喷雾剂的临床治疗效果。方法2019年2月至2020年3月期间从我院选取非变应性鼻炎患者共计55例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=27,丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂治疗)与观察组(n=28,以雷诺考特鼻喷雾剂治疗),比较两组患者治疗效果和鼻塞、流涕症状评分前后变化情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组治疗总有效率高于观察组,对照组和观察组分别为74.07%、96.43%(P<0.05)。治疗前鼻塞、流涕评分组间无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者鼻塞、流涕评分两组均降低,组间比较观察组降低程度更大(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。头痛、口干、皮肤红斑、头晕以及恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率观察组和对照组比较分析,观察组略低于对照组,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非变应性鼻炎患者采用雷诺考特鼻喷雾剂治疗的临床效果显著,且有效改善了患者鼻塞和流涕症状,同时极具安全性,促进了患者病情的康复,建议临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of rhinont nasal spray in the treatment of patients with non allergic rhinitis.Methods From February 2019 to March 2020,a total of 55 patients with non allergic rhinitis were selected from our hospital as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=27,Beclometasone Dipropionate Aqueous Nasal Spray treatment)and the observation group(n=28,treated with rhinort nasal spray).The therapeutic effect and the changes of nasal congestion and runny nose symptom scores before and after the two groups were compared.What should happen.Results The total effective rate of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,the control group and the observation group were 74.07%and 96.43%(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of nasal congestion and runny nose between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of nasal congestion and runny nose in the two groups were decreased,and the degree of decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the observation group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as headache,dry mouth,skin erythema,dizziness and nausea and vomiting between the observation group and the control group was analyzed,and the observation group was slightly lower than the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Non allergic rhinitis patients treated with rhinorcourt nasal spray have significant clinical effect,and effectively improve the symptoms of nasal congestion and runny nose,at the same time,it is very safe,and promotes the recovery of patients’condition.It is recommended to be popularized in clinical practice.
