优质护理服务模式在鼻塞式CPAP治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务模式在鼻塞式CPAP治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的应用。方法选择2019年2月至2020年2月的患有呼吸窘迫综合征的新生儿患者120例作为研究对象随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用鼻塞式CPAP配合常规护理,观察组采用鼻塞式CPAP配合优质护理,对比两组患者干预前后的护理效果和不良反应发生率。结果干预后观察组患儿的二氧化碳分压值明显低于对照组,氧分压值高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿的二氧化碳分压值明显低于对照组,氧分压值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对鼻塞式CPAP治疗RDS患者,能有效降低二氧化碳分压值并提高氧分压值,同时有效降低不良反应发生率,值得被应用推广。Objective Objective to explore the application of high quality nursing service mode in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome with nasal CPAP.Method Methods:120 neonatal patients with respiratory distress syndrome from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group,The control group was given nasal CPAP combined with routine nursing,The observation group was treated with nasal CPAP combined with high-quality nursing,The nursing effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Result After the intervention,the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,The oxygen partial pressure was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),The partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,The value of oxygen partial pressure was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with RDS treated with nasal CPAP,It can effectively reduce the partial pressure of carbon dioxide and increase the partial pressure of oxygen,At the same time,it can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,It is worth popularizing.
