摘　　要：医院文化是一个医院发展的灵魂,是医院建设的重要组成部分,更是一个医院软实力的重要象征。本文以L医院为例,对医院文化建设进行SWOT分析,借鉴企业识别系统设计经验基础上,从理念识别系统(MI)、行为识别系统(BI)、视觉识别系统(VI)三个层面提出医院文化识别系统的相关举措。Hospital culture is the soul of hospital development,an important part of hospital construction,and an important symbol of hospital soft power.Taking L Hospital as an example,this paper makes SWOT analysis on the construction of hospital culture,and based on the design experience of enterprise identification system,puts forward relevant measures of hospital culture identification system from three aspects of idea identification system(MI),behavior identification system(BI)and visual identification system(VI).
